The health insurance marketplace in Colorado (Connect For Health Colorado) is nothing more than a make work boondoggle for f#cking retards.
And their website/online system sucks balls too. Jesus Christ, they've had how long now to straighten this sh#t out and it's still a f#cking joke.
Goddamn website asks you questions and gives you instructions to click tabs but the f#cking tabs don't exist. You can't answer their stupid fing questions because there is just no way to answer them. Every damn page tells you to click "continue" but there was never one f#cking "continue" tab. It was always something else like "make payment" or "back" or any f#cking thing except for "continue".
Completed my online app today for 2017 coverage and as soon as I was done a box pops up telling me my app is not complete and needs more information. Did I mention this was right after it told me it was complete. F#cking idiots. Then it takes my payment information for my January premium, of course I get kicked off line about 4 times through out this process. Finally takes it and tells me they have received my payment information and then I get a popup box that informs me I am responsible for paying the premium to the carrier directly. So why in the holy f#ck did it take all my payment information? Dumb bastards. So then I make the mistake of calling them to make sure everything is okay and that my premium is paid. I get stuttering f#cking Laquisha for a rep and she doesn't know jack sh#t about anything. This b#tch couldn't hold a job running a f#cking mop at McDonalds but she's helping sign people up for health insurance. I asked her, since my health plan was qualified for an HSA if it was up to me to setup an HSA account wherever I wanted to. She didn't even know what an HSA was but she wanted to look at my application to find the answer. Surprised she remembers to breath. Once I figured out I was dealing with a mental midget I told her nevermind and hung up. How can something so relatively important be run like this? What an absolute joke and clusterf#ck.
