Fantasy Brackets

So there's a thread in the BS section called Fantasy Brackets, started by user jamesbond who's been a member here since 2009 but only has 32 posts. It seems like he's advertising a site, but doesn't give a link to the program.

Moved it to the Junkyard for now pending input. Sure seems .... odd.

Also deleted a Status Update from jamesbond about the same thing.
