Illinois sweeps Rutgers in the doubleheader 5-4 and 6-2.

Illinois is now 42-6-1 (.867) overall and 18-1 (.947) in conference, extending their winning streak to 23 games, and still 1st place in the Big Ten.

Rutgers is now 17-33-1 (.343) overall and 5-15 (.250) in conference, and are now in 12th place.

Northwestern beat Michigan 9-8.

Ohio State beats Maryland 13-12.
