He'll have to let some guys know they don't measure up at this level and cut them loose. We lost a bunch of close games with pretty good pitching and fielding....a couple timely hits and homers would've made everything different. Need some hitters who bat smart and scare somebody.

It's several of the Sr.s who under achieving this year. We just need to move on and recruit.

Exactly, Headley was great defensively, but still did not get his bat going which was disappointing. Out of the senior hitters I was impressed by Lubach, started 0-16 and is batting over 300 since then, he put that bad start behind him. Darby and Placzek strike out often.
