Figured there had to be something because a perfect bracket seems to happen on ESPN or CBSSPorts every year, doesn't it?

It's basically impossible to fill out a perfect bracket. There is always going to be at least one team that just screws every bracket (see FGCU in the Sweet Sixteen).
