First Debate: Wagers

Biden is not effectively countering these points and is struggling to get through his positive points. At times it's hard to hear words because his voice is soft, old, and lacks power.

I disagree, JB started slow but it is clear now that he is on the attack.

The immigration questions are done.

The grocery bill questions were spot on, sorry, I have said it over and over that I used to spend 100 now I spend 125+ that is true.  You have to accept that.

But this debate is 50/50 at best, which favors JB.

You're saying that because you want, and believe, that he's going to win.

To the uninterested voters, who barely pay attention to politics, they see low energy answers vs high energy answers (even if that high energy is full of lies and a terrible vision of America). These voters care about how candidates sound and don't care about what they say if they were watching at all. The ones who aren't watching, which are most of them, will see memes, tik toks, and sound bites that confirm their view that Biden is a senile guy who is unfit to lead. Biden needs to GAIN a share of the vote, and he's likely to see a small slip in the polls in the few weeks after the debate. I'll guess that polls in 2 weeks show Trump, on average, back up by 1-2%. Remember, Biden probably needs to win by 3-5% in November to have a chance of winning.

Joe Biden should almost certainly not debate Trump again. I don't think the word "disaster" is strong enough to describe the debate. I've been vocally against Democrats nominating a different candidate because that candidates chances of winning are near 0. But I think that, if they want to debate Trump again, they need to seriously consider the "break the glass in case of emergency" plan. That's how bad this was for Biden tonight. 

 
Geez…..whoever the fact checkers are, must be pulling their hair out at this point.   Good grief, both people on stage are taking liberties with facts on a constant basis.  
 

There has been next to nothing discussed on policy initiatives  announced on a go forward basis by either person.   It’s all just this guy sucks and my administration was/is the best on every question asked.  
 

I like the format and the moderators are trying to stay on point and let the two old farts talk.  The questions and issues the moderators are bringing up have been good.

It is not "low energy" when that is just how you talk.  

Are you saying that Coach TO was "low energy"?  

You have to be true to yourself or you come off as fake.  

 
Job #1- Constitutional amendment prohibiting anyone over the age of 68 from seeking any federally elected office.

yeah, I think we all agree...old people don't need to be president.  The problem is the super dorks have decided that things like age and gender are not real...so...also, I agree with them!  We should 100% be able to pick our age and gender.

Also, is the debate over?  my CNN link went back to the start.

This is 100% everyone that golfs on a regular basis.
