after finding the box the man tucked it a safe place and then jumped in his car to see what he could spend it on - while doing this task he was involved in a crash and was hospitilized in a coma - after 5 years in a coma he awoke (thus he could not tell anyone or spend any of the money!!!!)

Was the man who found it an immigrant? If so, was he a naturalized citizen? Are either of those questions relevant at all?
