Flash poll on if Biden should remove himself from the nomination process and who should replace him as Dem nominee if the does.

I voted that he should stay in the race. But, if not, it should be Newsom from California.  
 

But, maybe what they should do is keep Joe and replace Harris. Then, shortly after the new term starts, Joe resigns making the new VP President.

I have thought about this but can you really "fire" Harris, the first ever female and minority VP?  The optics of that would look so terrible. 

And not to mention, Joe doing that on purpose, running with the intent of resigning is also like really bad.

Well, obviously they don’t come right out and announce he would resign. 
 

I don’t think firing Harris would have much of a negative affect as long as she was replaced by someone good. 
 

And, no matter who they would pick, Republicans are going to cry that it’s the worst pick in the world and our country is doomed if they ever become president.
 

So, they need to pick someone that unites non republicans.

Yeah, I totally know what you mean but just the optics of him winning and resigning would be bad.
