@The Scarlet Pimpernel is definitely FLU, which I’ve known for quite some time.
But now he’s admitting to being previously banned.
He actually behaved pretty decently for quite awhile but he’s been more and more annoying over the last few months. And now he’s really playing up the “I’m always right and I just get banned because people don’t want me to post anything negative” shtick. Loves to play the victim card.

Yuck - I was just reading through some of your interactions with him and he's coming off really poorly. IMO if he has another little outburst like the couple he has had in the last few weeks then he should probably take a little break... not that it'll help much. People like him always find ways to revert back to the behavior that got them banned in the first place.
Just like Landlord. Pretty sure he's back on the site now (not sure what his username is) but it's probably only a matter of time before he says/does something that got him sent out of here the first time.

Yeah I saw that message from Red Five in the Shed. FLU doesn't really make any effort to hide it and I'm pretty sure he knows we know.
I agree with your overall premise on previously banned members. Obviously there will always be exceptions and FLU might be one. He's annoying, but he also hasn't explicitly broken any board guidelines recently, so I'm kind of torn on his membership.
I cautiously lean towards allowing him to stay, however, I would absolutely be open to a short term suspension the next time he posts something to just to aggravate people. Or, if he posts one of those "I've been saying X all the way back since Y" comments. Those Captain Hindsight, rear-view mirror posts he's so fond of sharing are the primary reason he's been pissing people off lately. I don't think a suspension will curb his behavior, but, it would send a message. And it would also give us an easy reason to permaban him if he continued to act that way after the suspension.

Add suicide slush puppie to the mix. I banned and hid his content.
There's also a @cornturtleTOM that recently joined about the same time as suicide slush puppie. Both accounts have gmail addresses identical to their user names and the fact they signed up around the same time is a bit suspect to me.
I don't see any immediately similar IP activity, but you may want to take a peek Mav. I wouldn't put it past him to have created two accounts around the same time and intentionally submarined one of them just to try and get a point across.

I just banned Bushmaster which was clearly his account based on the email.
There are also a couple of other accounts that were created in the last 24 hours that all have email addresses that match the user name - @cornturtleTOM and @pbm984a2. No activity yet but if they are his it appears he may be trying to manipulate his IP now.
Edit - I'm 99% sure "x throw the bones x" was also him. The IP didn't match up, but it was from a garbage fake email account and he was saying things that FLU / The Scarlet Pimpernel was saying i.e.
1) Monken/Leipold/Campbell would be bad hires
2) Saying "All I know is..."
3) Saying that Petersen would be a home run hire. He uses the phrase "home run" a lot in reference to Petersen.

Kinda thinking @NewRhulerInTown is FLU. Similar posting style such as starting a recruiting thread in the football forum. Pretty circumstantial for now but something to keep an eye on.
Also, all @NewRhulerInTown's IPs are from Germany. So I'm thinking it's a banned member trying to hid. I blocked the German IPs. We'll see what happens next.
