Pretty much just gut. Look at prior games and try to identify bad teams playing better teams with spreads that look to be advantageous. Heck, with Vegas lines without any thought at all (blind picks) a guy should go about .500. If you can do better than .550 you can make money...theoretically :lol:

Well it was a rough one 0-2-1,  now 18-14-1 on the year. Thankfully USC salvaged a push for me.

What in the world was I thinking on NebMinn under? I guess I was thinking neither team had a very good offense, thought the weather was going to be bad and I completely misjudged how totally craptastic our defense could be. Guess it wouldn’t have been so crazy if we would’ve held them to low to mid 20’s like should happen against an offense like that.

 
So guys.. I've been on a real heater the past handful of weeks.

Both College and NFL.

My strategy has been parlaying  huge favorites together for a large dollar amount, usually right around $100.

Yes, it's been stressful, but by the time you put together 4 big favorites (-16 spreads usually still allow money lines) the payout ends up at about even money or better.
