Theres no way you can tell me Bert’s first year team at Illinois is better, roster-wise, than what we have at Nebraska the past four years. 
 

This is great for Bert, but it’s a slap in the face for Nebraska fans.

It was odd.  Just walking up and down the field to opposite end zones after the 3rd OT to just try 2 point plays.....

Both scored running. Then Illinois threw a pass to win.  IIRC they threw for roughly 40 yards all game.  Just glad PSU lost

Was hoping it would have been closer.  Feel better about us stomping them.  KU played OU pretty tough.  Good game.  Williams is a smart baller at QB.  Rattler in the portal for sure IMO.

I agree. Bert winning a top 10 game on the road makes the "we're close" sentiment seem pretty hollow.
