I admit to being a tad baffled. Is he seriously asking what he should say? Or something else?

Maybe he means that, since he can't log on to his HB account, how can he speak with us about it? Like HB posters he has probably never sent an email to admin@huskerboard.com and he's not sure whether that email address gets through to the right person. (Does the email with the warning instruct him to use admin@huskerboard.com? I wouldn't know since I've never received a warning. lol)

 
I think this guy is just a really bad combination of a weak troll - he's bad at it - and the guy who thinks he's more funny than he is.

 
I had previously warned him about having one-line jabs at people in threads that aren't contributing to the discussion.  He continues to do it and thus got a 10 day suspension.
