Graduated Transfer QB Thread

Did you watch the game against Florida? He looked lost out there.
99.9% of QB's would look lost in that situation. Was the 3rd string QB then suddenly asked to make his first career start against one of the best defenses in the country while the 2nd string quarterback was punting the ball that day.....a weird day for Georgia.

Was listening to BTN Live last night while driving home from the gym and they mentioned Christian Hackenberg as a potential graduate transfer if he doesn't go to the NFL. They also mentioned Michigan as a potential landing spot.

Hackenberg would be awesome to have for a year to let POB learn the system and wait in the wings. I think Nebraska would be more appealing to a pro qb. We have a much better WR corp and have a 2 very well respected coaches that have worked with QB's at the pro level. Seriously doubt he transfers anywhere. I think he is pro or staying a Nittany Lion

Knight certainly has the talent. That sugar bowl against Alabama was extremely impressive. Last year was pretty ugly but maybe he just needs a fresh start. I would certainly take him, would be solid depth to have if he didn't win the QB battle.

Trevor Knight: 57% completion, 25 tds,19 ints.

Tommy Armstrong: 54% completion, 52 tds, 36 ints.

They are the same mold/caliber imo.

Knight isn't going to go somewhere to be a backup, he loves OU dearly but wants to play.

Oregon, SMU, UGA, K state the early favorites.
