Well, if I were to run and grab onto someone who is two feet taller than I was and use the momentum to carry myself to the top I could do that too. It would have been funny if the group kind of separated a bit and he goes crashing down...that happened at a concert that I was at once...some drunk lady was trying to "crowd surf" and some people moved a bit and she landed on her head.

its gotta be in the upper 40's to do that, and then you gotta lift your feet up as you jump........

He didn't touch anybody. If you watch the video, he starts his jump a good foot or two before he even reaches the huddle
