I’m not a big gun guy. Have had a shotgun for many many years and about 2-3 years ago I bought an AR-15 and 9MM handgun. I was surprised at how easy it was to acquire those, especially the AR, and the fact that they didn’t need to be registered in any form. It was a private sale with the transfer taking place with a licensed dealer. Simply had to submit my name for the Federal background check. I’m not worried about me :D  but it just shouldn’t be that easy for people to acquire a weapon like that. It should be more difficult and intrusive than registering to vote. And I believe there needs to be a stated need, licensing and training involved. All I ever did was take a hunter safety course in Nebraska over 40 years ago. Really that shouldn’t qualify me to own that AR, imo.

But yeah there are a thousand things less critical than buying a gun that require so much more. Thanks NRA. 2nd Amendment, muh freedoms.

left lane larry was distracted by the radio and singing along when  the other guy honked for hogging the left lane.   larry didn't like that guy honing  at him so he brake checked him....then when the other guy threw a water bottle larry emptied his gun through his own windshield at the other guy and looked like he was scared as hell while doing it.

Desantis better be careful.  If he tosses out water bottles after a hurricane, he's likely to get capped!!!

And Florida courts are ok with it!?!?!?

Wait. Why does this guy maintain an always-on dashcam in his car?  Presumably knowing it was on, why did he record himself being both an over-reacting danger to society and cowardly idiot?  Presumably given the chance to think about it, how did he let someone else get access to the footage? It's not like body cams are required of average citizens. Yet.

I thought about all that.  And....it's all so damn stupid that I didn't take the time to ask.  Thanks for doing so.
