Happy Birthday Threads

Wait, I'm confused. What's the difference between a thread that locks and a thread that naturally dies because nobody posts in it? Do these threads get 'gravedug' a lot?

They do, sometimes.

The more I think about it, the more I'm wondering if a subforum wouldn't be a better answer. Does anyone have a disagreement to a subforum?

Too much organization, I think. I'm kinda with AR - never noticed it as a problem in the first place, although a single sticky thread might be a good alternative.

It'd be different in the BS Lounge were more bustling, but I get about halfway down the first page of threads and we're already to stuff last posted a week ago.

I have noticed it before, but it's never been a bother.

If we ignore this and it goes away, problem solved. If we ignore it for a while and someone other than The Dude says something, we could address it.

Often times T_O_B will post in like a month's worth of birthday threads at once, so they all get bumped up to the top.

so much for my situational awareness; buy a shotgun, that's all buy a shotgun

I think I've got it working. I set it for 10/22/2013 at 00:01. It probably only takes military time because there's no AM/PM slot.
