just a wild guess...was she quickly packing knives into a bag, in which the knives' blades were not safely covered?

Did she repack her parachute too quickly making it tangle with she deployed it the next time? Course anyone jumping out of a perfectly good running airplane is just a little off IMO. :lol:

She died because she packed too quickly. How did she die?

 

She was a sky diver who packed her parachute too quickly. It did not deploy correctly when she pulled the ripcord.
