Widow Says Southwest Didn’t Let Her Call Suicidal Husband

A Wisconsin woman said Southwest Airlines refused to let her use her cell phone to make a call that could have saved her husband’s life before he committed suicide.

So they would let her make an emergency phone call in a life or death situation. But they did refund the price of her plane ticket. I wonder if they gave her an extra bag of peanuts too? Fricken airlines. I used to love flying. But every since 911 the airlines and TSA have gone overboard in making a$$hole$ of themselves with security measures that are largely unnecessary.

Am I missing something? Why is this disgraceful? Everyone knows that a lot of soldiers lost their lives taking that hill at Iwo Jima. It's not like Under Armor is denying that. Or ridiculing it. Or saying that BB players are as heroic as soldiers. Some people just seem to look for reasons to be offended.

 
Yeah, I don't see it as belittling or anything like that. Just something else that people can whine about.
