I've had them. I was underwhelmed -- the inside was pasty, not creamy as the picture suggests.This is, apparently, a real thing.
An hour later I was in a desperate search for a toilet in a bathroom with a acoustical dampening.
I bought them again a couple days later.

You mean some people *actually buy* those hot dogs in gas stations?!
WTF? I thought they were just props.
Why wait for the discount? You can walk in any day and lick the floor for free. Same gastronomical experience.
