Imagine Ali in his prime fighting Tyson in his prime.

I'd pay all the pay-per-view money for that.

Ali was a smarter fighter.  And maybe quicker.  But I think Tyson would whip him.  One solid upper cut and it'd be over.

And THAT is a debate that will never be settled.

That's a really good argument, though. As quick as Ali was, that left hook by Tyson was just an eyeblink and completely devastating.

Ali would have to move and move and move and move, which he could do, and pepper Tyson with jabs for ten rounds, all while never making a mistake. And he could do all that.

But one mistake, and Tyson would land one of those amazing shots, and it could be over.

Seems like overreaction to this whole coronavirus thing.  Then again, I'll change my tune when the numbers start escalating into the tens of thousands.

Who would've thought way more people die from accidental falls than from HIV.
Wow. I knew heart disease was the leading killer but I didn’t know it was 4x the next most common cause. Cancer might give it a challenge if they didn’t have them all separated by type.

BTW, falls being more common than HIV does not surprise me  :dunno

30 NFL quarterbacks made more this year than Patrick Mahomes.  If I read this chart correctly, that is:  LINK

That's the quickest way to success in the NFL: draft a great QB and win while he's on his rookie contract.

Once you have to start paying him more (and, thus, have less to pay everyone else), it gets a lot harder.

I understand KC has him signed to a four year deal.  Then he'll zoom past the 30 guys ahead of him.  Realistically, he'll probly get a new contract even sooner than that.

California may stop school fitness tests over fears they lead to bullying and body-shaming
By Alicia Lee, CNN  Updated 1:58 PM ET, Thu February 6, 2020

(CNN)Push-ups, curl-ups and the dreaded one-mile run are a staple of childhood in US schools. But California may put a stop to the tests.  California Governor Gavin Newsom has proposed suspending the physical fitness tests at the state's schools over concerns that they promote bullying and body discrimination.  LINK

Heh.  I guess that's one way of addressing the problem.
