I would agree, this will be an amazing atmosphere. For NU to win, you will need to deflate the crowd in a hurry. I also think NU will need to control the ball on the ground and chew up time. If Chase Daniel has time, he will pick you apart...same as Keller, but I do not think NU wants to get into a shootout. I honestly feel MU has more weapons.

I agree. My one fear is that if Nebraska is able to keep us from scoring on at least one of our first couple of drives that the crowd will be taken completely out of it. I think and hope that chances of that our slim with our offense.
You just never know in these games. Our O line will be key.
If we can have success with a balanced attack..meaning Temple has 100+ yards, I will feel good about our chances.
If NU does stop us with some 3 and outs...we are in trouble. Our D can not stop running water...we need turnovers.

The kicking game has been a disapointment especially after all of the preseason hype about how good it was going to be. Outside of the Defense, it is probably the thing that scares me the most about this game. I agree that penalties, turnovers and field position are going to decide this. I hope Wolfert really finds himself.
The thing I love about Maclin outside of his abilities is his whole story. Stories like his make me proud of our program no matter how many games we win.

Just a brief apology to Truman. I guess all the smack-talking at TB led to my starting this thread. It was uncalled for and downright pathetic. I was going to attempt to delete it, but I see there is some good discussion going on.

No big deal. apology accepted. There has certainly been an accessive amount of smack talking tigerboard, and I have really tried to avoid participating in it. I too am looking forward to the game. I certainly hope it lives up to all of the hype!

You have to admit it does seem wierd, 2003 and 2005 the game ended when it was dark outside and it rained both games.....
Tomorrow I think they took the rain out of the schedule.

I enjoy having some different fans around because it's nice to not have that NU love there to help us understand what other people think of NU.
