The Fan Day portion is FREE to the public. Tickets to eat at the UCF Pigskin Barbecue are $5 in advance of April 17. On game day, BBQ plate tickets will be $8.
Of course, UCF was trying to build fan support, while Nebraska has it in spades. And it would take a lot of BBQ to feed the fans that would stick around, I'm sure - but that could be controlled by raising the price for the BBQ.
Speaking of BBQ, wasn't there one of the coaches that used to have players over for BBQ at UCF? Has anybody heard if that has happened at Nebraska yet? It was supposed to be part of the team building and the UCF players seemed to really enjoy it, if memory serves.
