Honey & Pecan-Glazed Salmon:

1/4 Cup Honey

4 Tsp. Finely Chopped Pecans-(I Will Eyeball It-I Like Alot Of Pecans)

1 T. Soy Sauce

4-(6-oz.) Salmon Fillets

1/4 Tsp. Salt

1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine first three ingredients in a large zip-top bag. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper; add to bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator all day so all the flavor gets infused.

Remove fish and nuts from bad, reserving marinade. Place fish on foil lined pan and top with finely chopped pecans.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting fish twice with reserved marinade while baking.

***I haven't made this...but..salmon is one of my favorite dishes to order when I go to a restuarant. I am going to sprinkle the salmon with Amazing Taste Seafood Seasoning and use Reynold's Wrap Non-Stick Aluminum Foil when I make this.
