Honey & Pecan Glazed Salmon:
1/4 Cup Honey
Finely Chopped Pecans, To Taste
1 T. Soy Sauce
4-(6-oz.) Salmon Fillets
Salt & Pepper, To Taste
***Or Use Your Favorite Seasoning
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine first three ingredients in a large Ziploc bag.
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning; add to bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator all day so all the flavor gets infused.
Remove fish and nuts from bag, reserving marinade. Place fish on foil lined pan and top with nuts.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting fish twice with reserved marinade while baking.
