This is the old "be careful what you wish for...you just might get it" scenario.  

Scott needs to call Brent Venables and ask him "If you had to hire the new DC to replace yourself, who are you hiring and give me his number"

Then after hiring that guy he needs to hire the best salesmen recruiters out there.

Is there a coach anywhere who would have as much fan support as Frost when performing as poorly as Frost?  Not sure the "impatient fan" theory applies in this instance. 

At some point Frost is just going to have to perform.

would everyone rather be a team like Purdue who has to say "remember that one time we won the Rose Bowl"?  Things don't look good now but it seems to me the underclassman on this team have that will to win.  When they are the majority of the team things will go right.
