How do you get a thread to close at a certain time automatically?

I think it's an admin option, I can set a close time but couldn't before. I just looked and don't see it as an option to enable in the mod user group profile. Maybe Chad knows more?...

 
Not sure. thought it was available to all MODS and the like. but apparently only "the like". so I assume its been working - or did someone close todays contest?

 
It was closed when I started the game day discussion thread - I did that at about 6:31 or 6:32.

I think, though, that the option to lock automatically is an Admin function only - I can't find the option when I start one.
