Honestly we had no choice but to order a bigger pack that normal because that's all that was offered online. I couldn't find any in the stores around us so I gave up and ordered online.

Washing with soap and water is probably more effective, but hand sanitizers with 60% or more alcohol are effective against covid-19.

Recently I've also been hearing/seeing hand sanitizer won't work on Covid-19. TBH I don't know which to believe but I'm still using it occasionally for something different than washing.
