how to post a GIF

Right-click the gif image, choose save as, and save it to your computer. Go to your favorite pic-host (Photobucket, Imgur, Imageshack, whatever) and upload the pic. You'll typically get the code you need to paste into your post. It'll look like this:

Code: 
[img=http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh313/lauren70718/hippo.gif]
Just paste everything, including the IMG brackets, and your gif should show up in the forum.

Easy as that.

So, you have too always be into your photobucket, etc. account while on Huskerboard?

I don't think so. It just pulls it from that location.

Also, I believe you can right-click on an image and select "Copy image URL" then click the "Image" button in the Tool Bar and paste the URL into the box.
