FYI Im going to be cancelling the huskerpowerhour sub on Monday, unless someone thinks we still need it. I havent been over there for a while, but we seem to be off their retard-dar these days. Maybe the note from Birch had an effect, but probably not.

And just to let you know where the contact with Birch went - virtually nowhwere. As expected they wouldnt take any action further than sending them a policy reminder. I sent them the email that Frank prepared telling them that if it continues Birch will be liable, so at least they are on notice. They said if it does continue to let them know, and that they will be monitoring their service. So I guess if nothing else maybe we could be a contributor to their eventual downfall.

Thanks again for everyones support with that fiasco. Like Eric said if nothing else I know for a fact we're a stronger board b/c of it. Members & mods alike.

 
Haven't been over there in a while, but just popped in to see. Seems dead at least in regards to Huskerboard.com. The last mention was the 13th, and that was in response to someone over there suggesting that the AC/DC music replace the current Sirrius. Jason, of all people, pointed out that someone had posted that on our board, and that the guy who did it sits outside the stadium on game day with a petition.

Anyway, I don't see any reason to continue to pay for their bilge. If we see another attack, we certainly can sign up again.
