I guess Im just failing to see the similarities in having a pony sig to calling someone a f****t?

It would be hypocrisy if I went around huskerboard calling people f****s and sending PMs to people calling them f****s and then posted that.

OK, after your edit I guess I do need to spell this out for you.

You cracked on hskerprid for being immature for calling someone a name that, while stupid, is a name that people of all ages use. You said he was too old to use that word.

You did that while gladly wearing a sig that features a child's cartoon, and defending your right to do so in another thread today, which would be the very definition of an immature act.

You get to be immature, but he doesn't? Hypocrisy.

 
Knapp, I think his point is this: calling someone a f****t (repeatedly, while trying to be derogatory) is a little different than having a pony in your signature. Which I do agree with.

Hate to take it to this extreme, but if I consistently bash a certain race (white, black, blue, red, yellow, green) that is a little worse than someone who has a Barbie doll picture in their signature telling me I'm going too far, yes?

I am somewhat immature, Ill be the first to tell you that. Ive never claimed once to be mature like he did. Thats why my baseball/basketball players like having me as their coach so much. I like to sit around quoting funny movie lines with my friends and I like telling dirty jokes and making people laugh. I guess you can call that a little immature but I don't care because I enjoy laughing and making others laugh. I don't talk about or play with ponies in real life.

I don't, however, go around calling people f****s or any other derogatory names. I never have and I never will.

 
Nor do I, and if you had called him out for being a bigot, none of this ensuing back-and-forth happens. Instead you went with immature, and.... here we are.
