Who the hell is this guy? Looks like someone's been all over him (edit: good work knapp). Good thing he's on posting approval (or so it seems), he's trying to say something about PJ Smith being arrested.

unless some substance shows up behind this drivel, sounds like a ban would be in order...

Yep, I was just coming to request the ban when he started up again with another user name.

I'm sure he'll keep at it until we ban him, so let's be alert.
