As far as I can tell he never played USC, UCLA, or Oregon. Played Washington twice, but once at home and once at a neutral site. So not really sure he's qualified to make the full ranking, although he's probably talked to some other players to get a sense of it.
And he probably ticked off some of his own fans with where he put Michigan. The "really loud or really quiet" might have something to do with most fans being smart enough to be quiet when their own team is on offense.

I went to the MSU game last year and it wasn't remotely loud except for when Nebraska was on defense. :lol:

I was just thinking about this today.
That Colorado game is probably the one to see this year.
They need to get big forearms, with big watch faces on them to wave every time the puffaloes f up.
The entire stadium setting off earthquake monitors with the noise, and waving big watches in Shederps face all night long.

We could do a lot worse although for the fans attending the game a little warmer, sunnier locale might be nice.

Yes it should be. I don't remember hearing a ton about the 2018 game though. But they didn't have Sanders then and hadn't beaten us the year prior.
