Not a diehard fan by anymeans, but had seen this in the Journal Star the other day that it was tied and saw on journalstar.com that it had been broken. So.....

I gotta give a shout out to Nebraska softball freshman Taylor Edwards for hitting a homerun in her sixth consecutive game a new NCAA record.

Looks like Rhonda Revelle has the girls playing well again as they have won 8 in a row, are now 10-1, and ranked #21.

Here's to hoping the Haymarket ball fields are buzzing with excitement this spring.

Saw this also. I must admit I pay 0 attention to the softball team, but this is pretty darn impressive. Hopefully she can make it some crazy number like 10-12, she'd get crazy amounts of pub!
