Huskerboard App.

Any chance of a huskerboard app in the future? I am using this IP.board app and some of the things are not the same. Is there a better app to use than one I am using or could huskerboard get their own?

It's unlikely the staff would be able to develop an app that is much more highly functioning than the mobile site.

This isn't a bad idea, but it probably won't be able to happen.

Is the IP.board app different from the HB mobile skin? A hypothetical app, probably all it would do is load the HB mobile site, as Landlord points out, with all its positives and negatives.

IP.Board used to have an app. It still exists in the European iTunes App Store. However, it's not supported. IP.Board decided that the mobile web interface was sufficient, so they stopped development and support altogether.

As Landlord noted, an app wouldn't provide much more functionality than the mobile skin. About all I could think of would be notifications. IP.Board actually has (or had, anyway) a hook for that functionality, but I'm unsure whether it still is "active". And if it isn't, that would mean a lot of work for little return. Sorry.
