HuskerBoard down time yesterday

Yesterday afternoon the board was really slow, and a few times I got "server could not be found" messages. I sent an email to Mods and Admins, but I didn't see that anyone responded. I also didn't get a copy of those emails myself.

Did anyone get those emails?

Did anyone else notice downtime at HuskerBoard? Maybe all of that was on my end. But nothing else didn't work, just HuskerBoard.

I didn't, but I wasn't around much in the afternoon.

That is weird. I think maybe I need to switch my HuskerBoard email from yahoo to gmail. I'm not liking yahoo mail.

No email, no glitches noticed.

About Yahoo! email - I have an account I use for just Huskerboard. When we first started having permission issues sometime back, I was emailing Chad, Joe at the admin@huskerboard.com address with my Yahoo! account. Suddenly, they stopped receiving them. I wonder if that's related to what happened to you?

Could be. Can I change my go-to email to Gmail, or do you have to do that? I'm pretty much done with Yahoo mail. It's pretty kludgy.

No, you can do that in your profile. If you are getting emails from the mods@huskerboard.com account, though, you'll need to email Joe at admin@huskerboard.com for him to add your new address to the distribution, and remove your old one.

The weird thing is why none of us are getting emails sent to the mods@huskerboard.com.
