That's cute, Lyons. But I've discussed this with Allen for hours and he knows exactly why Hedley was suspended. I'm not going to sit back and have someone lie to my face about that.

Of course the guy who made the fact that he's a vegan an issue as to why he's disliked here is gonna say that. And Knapp, that's exactly why you said it happened. You said when it's enough people, it's him not the board. Even though half the people just follow others opinions here....

I would usually see Hedley as a snippy piece of sh#t, but it is comical to me. But i also understand that the vial that follows him around because of his snottiness is simply board clutter and happens to f#*k the sh#t out of every thread he taps into.

I said, "Because when there are 15 problems in an average week and Hedley is at the center of 13 of them, it no longer becomes simply Hedley voicing a dissenting opinion, it becomes Hedley is the instigator in those problems. It's not that he shares his opinion. It's that his delivery is keyed to piss people off."
You're getting the cart before the horse here. The common denominator in the problems is Hedley, as I also explained to you:
"Further, it's not like I haven't given him due warning, and it's not like I haven't tried to work with him to keep him in good graces. I've had four or five lengthy PM conversations about this with him. I've counseled him on his delivery, on working on getting along, on his whole demeanor here. He agrees that he has a problem, he agrees that he'll change his tone, but over and over after those conversations he steps in the sh#t again. He takes topics on a tangent, he badgers the tangent until someone gets pissed off at him and says something, then he reports it. This is a recurring theme with him, and the people he's getting to go off are often good members in good standing who have had no other issues with anyone else."
I don't understand this hero-worship thing you've got going on with Hedley. I don't care if you like him or you're buddies with him - that's fine. But don't tell me that he's not the cause of the problems here, and don't tell me that EVERYONE ELSE is the problem, not him. These problems didn't exist prior to his membership here. That's not an accident. Open your eyes.
