Nope. it's the woodshed. Anything goes. And you have no right to be upset about anything said or done in the shed. You are warned before willingly obtaining the password. Dont like to be attacked for your rightful opinions of Hedley?, then you need to take it to another part of the board. Maybe the feedback forum? Thats what Im saying. HuskerThor came to this board defending all of his buddies from Huskermax or w/e the hell it was that got shut down. He called us all dicks, created the d!(k clique thing and got nominated to the DBHOF. Now he has changed peoples opinions of him and even met some of the members in person.

Hedley had every chance to improve his standing with the members after his initial first impression (steroid thread) and he chose not to. Thats on him.

But it doesn't occur to you that you're getting flamed not for defending an unpopular position, but because you're adamant that what is wrong is actually right.

I've been managing this board of misfits as a Mod for three years now and I've dealt with a lot disparate personalities. Hedley is no saint, and causes most of the problems that he's involved in. Not all - most. Then he runs to the report button to report people. You will not bend from the stance that he is part of the problem, and since that's simply not true, you're taking flak for it. Go figure.

 
I'd say some. If he's so bad why would he report people? And so now you can have a wrong opinion? It's my belief that he gets way more sh#t then what he deserves so thats why he feels he's gotta be that way more. I wouldn't be dropping my panties trying to cater to everyone else when they're being fuci<sticks, I'd be even more blunt because I shouldn't have to change who I am to accomodate others when I'm not breaking rules.

He's reporting people - my opinion - because he's trying to stir sh#t up and he gets off on getting people in trouble. He wouldn't be the first person we've had like that. We banned at least two guys from HuskerPedia for pulling that stunt.

And if your reaction to nearly everyone telling you that you're acting like an a$$ is to act like MORE of an a$$, then you have some serious entitlement issues to deal with.

Report people after he pissed them off, and started something. You don't start something, then report someone because they disagree with you or finally break, when you were the issue the whole freaking time.

Those guys are correct. It wasn't pretty when I first got here. I realized fairly quickly that if I wanted to be accepted as a Husker fan on a message board, that I probably shouldn't go around poking the regular animals in this zoo with a stick.

And I'm still not dickish enough to be a d!(k Clique member. Gonna work on that. :thumbs

Not telling you you're an a$$, but having them be asses to you because what you think. He has both said the recruiting has been good and bad at times this season, but that it should be stronger all year round. You wanna know what he got for saying that? 'Eat sh#t Hedley'

I think people here latch onto one person they can attack until they make them leave, you guys just couldn't come up with one for him so you made one. The dude doesn't instigate, you guys just feel threatened when Bo isn't talked about as the saviour everyone wants to be.
