So sad that on the 50th anniversary of Jimi Hendrix's death, he loses a nailbiter in the sweet 16 to MJ. However, it is time to call it and move on to the Elite 8.

Edit: a last minute vote tied up the Beatles and Foo Fighters again. To hell with it, they both move on, so we will have an Elite 9. There will be a 3-way matchup to get to the Final 4.

Do most people not use the "unread content" button? That's the only way I use the board, and these contests would have popped up every time a new post was entered. I didn't realize that so many posters only search each individual forum.

In hindsight, would this tourney have been better in the Lounge?

I tried using the "unread content" button once, then my goldfish died. Never again!

I probably need to use the unread content more.  But I'm probably not on HB as much as many of you - so that unread content stacks up.
