Huskers @ Creigton

Bad excuses by Sam.  Creighton is playing really good.   Nebraska is playing like they got punched in the mouth and don’t know how to respond.  

 
Good win.  NU powered through adversity.  Maybe it needed to happen this way if they want to play in that building in December.  

 
Great bounce back for the win! Creighton was really attacking Knuckles and Madi on their serves and they couldn’t make that first pass in system. Creighton was playing great defense, fun to watch.

I hadn't read anything about an injury.  Previously, Cook said she just wasn't "getting it" on some of the set connections but didn't elaborate a lot.

Apparently it was "still figuring it out":

Sophomore setter Kennedi Orr did not play, as Cook said she’s “still figuring out” how to “get your hitters kills” and that Hames and Evans have been setting well lately, and Hames’ experience speaks for itself.

Well....watched the first three sets, then I had to go mow the lawn before the sun went down.  So, I paused it till I got back. 

Yep....was able to watch right up till the end of the 4th set....then they f#&%ing switched to FS2.

That's pretty pathetic.  Why the hell couldn't they start the baseball game on FS2 then switch it when VB is done?  Horrible programing by Fox.

 
It's always so satisfying to beat our little cousin. They played their hearts out (both teams) and wow!!! What a game it was!! Thank You Ladies for such an awesome display of teamwork, mental toughness and constant belief in yourself as well as your team!!! THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!

Best Game Atmosphere I've been at since the Oregon football game!!

Thankfully our women's programs are holding high the Husker Brand because we all know the men's programs certainly aren't.
