I Bleed Red - Not a Satisfied Customer

I copied the Admins and most of the mods (still haven't figured out how to increase the CC field for PMs) with my response to a member complaining I closed a thread. The thread is HERE, and the person complaining was I Bleed Red. Since the PM function doesn't include poster's names in the quotes (something else I haven't figured out) I thought I'd just post and let everyone know why they got the PM.
