I get the sense the scum is rising back to the top

If they were smart (i know, i know) like I was saying, if they were smart they would have a separate forum like our mods section, only visible to certain members...

That would take all the ego out of it for them. They have to make their members think they are the schnitzel.

Just for my own ignoramus info. We are the only ones that see the Mod section ????? The old board edition was a dub click to the double private secret stuff.

I dont think its worth paying for even 1 more month on that trash site. if they start hitting us again, then i'd say its necessary for recon - or if we know someone who currently has an acct. you know who *might* have one, is eliot1171 - i thought I saw him post a link to his blog one time, and he had a HPH link on it. but Im not sure we can compeltely trust him yet..

Not defending the guy by any means, but teh thing we have to remember is that IPs arent the tell-all. we cant just go carpet banning on any hint they may be "1 of them" - or the terroists win. seriously.

something else to ponder - ex) of matched IPs that was a false-positive... or was it? remember "huskandpack", a mod at BHF. Well he ALSO shares the same IP as Boris and others. check out the list below...

when I banned that IP last yr, that JR 5 guy from BHF contacted me and said "he's cool, he just works at the same firm as some other huskers" ... so either its a big conspiracy, or they truly do just work in the same bldg, sharing the same IP.

and those are *DEEEP THOUUOGHTS* with jack handy.

You're right, Chad. It is entirely possible the IP that the HB server sees is some kind of proxy or simply NAT'ed. So we can't just go banning in that case.
