Good question. I assume they have it synced to a time server on the Internet. When it's shut down the CMOS battery on the motherboard should retain the time. Makes no sense why it keeps happening...It's the server. The board doesn't have a clock, it just relays the server clock. There's an Admin function that allows you to adjust the board time to account for an incorrect server clock. I've adjusted it before and can again but am wondering why the server clock goes out of wack in the first place.
...but is the board time wrong for anyone else? I checked my DST settings, they all seem correct yet the board is about 50-55 minutes slow..
The board setting were still adjusted from last time we had a time warp. It was adjusted for exactly -53 minutes.. I just removed the adjustment so now the board should be reflecting the server clock.For some reason my posts are exactly 53 mins ahead. anyone else, or exactly 1 hr?
