I made this last night and it is fantastic
Albertson's sells these ingredients...other stores may too..just trying to save you trips if you decide to make it.
Ground Sirloin-buy how many lbs. you need
For 2 people..I used one pkg. of Amazing Taste For Burgers that you can buy at the fresh meat counter at Albertson's
Liquid Smoke-depends on how much sirloin you have..I probably used 1 tablespoon...
I mixed this all together..made into patties..and grilled them. I put Swiss and Pepper Jack Cheese and pickles on them too. They turned out fantastic! Sometime I am going to add onons to the hamburger patties when I mix them up and saute some sliced fresh mushrooms and onions to top off the hamburgers, with lettuce, tomato..and build it up huge
Have to get busy around here..have another recipe...later
