I thought it was Toniu Fonoti, but OWH says Cornealius Fuamatu-Thomas in 2004. So it's been a while! I don't think Fuamatu-Thomas did much, but Fonoti/Raiola were legit.

Thomas was a JUCO kid out in California.  So Fonoti is the last high school recruit
