When he is in scramble mode yes a lot.  But in the pocket of most of the time no.  Problem is HH has thrown like this always.  You can try and try but it is hard to break that habit now

I don't think that was broken, I think that was by design. By HH never pitches it so the defense is keying in on hitting him. He hesitated and they hit him at the line.
