I was a little worried about Pierson-El going down, but I have to say I'm extremely impressed with the quality of receivers we have on this team.

If you feel the same way, I'll just step aside and let you say whatever you want and not hog up all the good comments.

 
Our receivers have played very well. I think they've played very well for a while now, including under Fisher, but a lot of young guys are stepping up as well.

 
Props for Lane Hovey! Good size, great hands. We may have let Drew Ott slip away but we definitely stole Hovey out of Iowa.

Was worried about DPE going down. (still want him back ASAP!) We are solid there. Morgan, Moore, Westy, Hovey, Turner, Rielly etc... I even forgot about Tariq Allen until the 4th quarter sighting.

 
What I like about the receivers is that they are all performing well and I attribute that to coaching. A defense can't focus on one.

 
The biggest difference between this year and receivers of the past. They are catching the ball. Last 4 years i felt like there were a ton of drops out there. These dudes have glue on their hands. Reminds me of this scene.

My kids are big fans of Lane Hovey, when my parent come over from Omaha they bring clippings of Lane from the papers and my daughter would take them to school with her and give them to Lane's mom as she works for the same school district as my kids go to. Lane is defiantly due to catch a pass and take it to the house for six.

 
Way too many dropped passes that would have extended drives and helped keep the game within reach. You can't drop the ball with decent throws. tough. Gonna be a big factor in this loss certainly.
