I'm speaking specifically about them being charged with insurrection under 18 USC Section 2383:Not totally sure but if they have a violent entry charge, that would seem to fit with insurrection, because I think you have to have violence for that charge as well. Unless they are saying there was not violence towards a person? I don't know.
I wonder if they are keeping a few other potential charges in their back pocket for after January 21.Where's the insurrection charge?
Easiest investigation ever. When the criminals talk about the planning of the crime on social media, film themselves participating in the crime, then post the videos of themselves engaging in the crime, all over social media - it usually results in a pretty smooth investigation.But Andy Ngo said!!!
