Insurrection fallout

what a nut job.  Bad theology to begin with.  Presumption that he knows what God is/will do is a kin to being a false prophet.   Plus he is an idiot for saying those things as though God is beholding to Trump and has to do his bidding.

Well, we recently learned that the SCOTUS is beholding to Trump...so why not God?

Poor Wishy washy Pence.  He has a codependency problem with his abuser Trump.

Says Trump's actions weren't criminal.  Says the insurrection was just a riot.   All the while, he and his family were threatened.

Chris Christie he is not.

Not Criminal

Former Vice President Mike Pence, a Republican presidential contender, said Sunday that Donald Trump’s actions leading up to the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, were “reckless” but that he’s “not yet convinced” they were crimes.

“While his words were reckless, based on what I know, I am not yet convinced that they were criminal,” Pence said in an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

Just a Riot

Former Vice President Mike Pence, who said his life was threatened during the violent U.S. Capitol attack three years ago, is refuting the unsubstantiated claims of former President Donald Trump and encouraging Republicans to choose another candidate in 2024.

Pence, once fiercely loyal to his old boss, dismantled Trump's recent description in Iowa that Jan. 6, 2021, was "peaceful" and the work of "patriots." Trump also describes more than 1,000 people, who were convicted in connection with crimes on Jan. 6, as political "hostages." And the former president has made unsubstantiated claims that the Jan. 6 attack was the work of the FBI.

"The truth is that this was a riot that should never have happened," Pence said Sunday morning during an interview on CNN's State of the Union.
