My favorite Husker memory is being at the "Miracle in Missouri" game in '97. My Dad brought me and my brother to that game. He died a few years later....

In a general sense...it's still happening. Ever since 2000 it's been a nightmare. Specifically, it would have to be the beating we took from Chase Daniel and co. I can't stand Chase Daniel.

Since birth--the first game I really remember was the 1984 Orange bowl (the end of the 83 season) my parent made me go to bed so I only watched the first half and Walt Kavinaw (sp?) and Kent Pavelka told me who won the next morning

2) What/who led you to The Nation?

 

My mother has always been a fan but my father was in the marching band in the early to mid 60's

32 years. Wasn't a fan until I started attending as an undergrad in 1976.

All my classmates and buddies from school.

The 1995 Orange bowl come from behind win-watching Warren Sapp's tongue dragging the ground as he shuffled back to the UM huddle in the 2nd half.

Attending the 0-19 shellacking by ASU

Probably about 35-most during my years in Lincoln as a student.

where do I start? Probably a jersey worn in the '88 Fiesta Bowl I bought from some random dude that worked for the Fiesta Bowl Committee.

31 years, since I was born!

Grew up in it as my family are all fans.

3) Where are you from originally?

Grew up in Southwest Iowa, just an hour East of Omaha.

4) Where do you live now?

NY State, just a bit North of NYC

5) Favorite Husker memory?

Going to the games with my dad and watching the tears on his face in '95 after the Orange Bowl.

6) Worst Husker memory?

Tie, watching NU lose to Miami in the Orange bowl 31-0 and watching CU score 15 points in the fourth to win in Lincoln.

7) Number of home games attended?

I think somwhere between 20-25. Used to go to at least 1 game a year and many years I could go to 2-3.

None

Since I was born in 1989.

Born and raised here in Nebraska. Entire family is full of huge Husker fans and it's just in my blood.

Omaha, NE

Still live in Omaha, but I attend UNL.

5) Favorite Husker memory?

Watching the 1997 National Championship game. All the ones before it, I was too young and don't remember them at all, but I clearly remember watching the entire game against Manning and the Volunteers.

6) Worst Husker memory?

The Huskers in 2007. So much hype and hope for that team and it ended up crumbling.

7) Number of home games attended?

All the home games of 2008 and before that only four.

8) Number of away games attended?

Never been to one unfortunately, don't really have the money to travel down there and buy a ticket. I'm really hoping to attend one within the next couple years though.

My football I got signed by Tommie Frazier at Legends Restaurant in Omaha.

Student section at the game or anywhere with my friends and family. Doesn't really matter where I'm at, just as long as I can cheer the Huskers to a victory.

Two actually, the 90's fullbacks. Makovicka and Schlesinger.

Well..I don't think the Option can be very effective anymore at this level, but then again nobody is really doing it so we have nothing to base it off of. But I can say this, I would much rather watch the Huskers physically dominate and wear down a team with the running game than play the short passing game.

Hey everyone - CLEMSON FAN here...

First of all, I can't wait to play ya'll in the Gator Bowl. I think it will be an excellent, competitive game. I have the utmost respect for Nebraska football and am thrilled that after a 3-3 start, we get to play the 'Huskers in a solid bowl game! Awesome.

I emailed the moderarators of this board and asked permission to tell you guys about my fan based website. They said it was fine, so here goes. The name is fans25.com. It is open to all teams but is currently 90 percent Tiger fans as I am a recent alum. It couldnt be easier or cheaper (free) to join and strike up conversation with true Clemson die-hards (and scattered others)...
