Need Admin help:

The poster iruletheskool is having problems resetting his password. He started another account, _iruletheskool, to PM me about the issue. (PMs below)

btw, iruletheskool mentioned below that several other Husker posters from Sportshoopla are coming over to HB. I used to post some on Hoopla. They're good guys.

Hi Irule,

Welcome back! Your iruletheskool account is still active. Not sure why you can't access it. Do you still have access to the email account listed on iruletheskool? If so, just reset your password. If that doesn't work, we can bring in an Admin to help out. Perhaps Zoogs or Blackshirt since they're around quite a bit.

I was trying to access it via email and it kept giving me an unknown account message when i tried to use the username or email address.. not sure what was up

Sounds like we might have a big group making the jump

(You probably already know this, but..) When you reset your password you can either enter your email address or your username. It sounds like you entered your email address and it got rejected. Did you try your username?

If that doesn't work I'll get one of the Admins to look into it and we'll get it sorted out. Sorry for the hassle. You know how it is with these dad burned internet machines.

Yep, I got the same message when I tried username, it acted like it didnt recognize it

Also, as an added measure I also sent an email to the email address associated with the original iruletheskool HB account (paulfromatlantis@hotmail.com). The second account to _iruletheskool has a different email address. (Maybe he just forgot which email address he used to open the account?)

 
He says he doesn't have access to the paul...@hotmail email anymore. I let him know that the original account has the login name thesphinx77 and a hotmail email beginning with "paul".

 
I think I'm going to do an announcement asking members to please update their email addresses. When I sent the newsletter, we got almost 2000 bounces. No idea how many current members were included in that, but I'm sure there's a fairly significant percentage.
